Updates and inquiries

Newsletter signup takes place at NBHut, our Shopify store. Shopify stores your email and subscription preference for NONBALL news, including HPSD1 updates, and handles subscription confirmation. An inquiry on HPSD1 saves the details you choose to provide so NONBALL can respond. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

For inquiries and previously collected contacts, we keep the source, submission time, and consent record with your contact details. These local records are separate from Shopify subscribers and are not automatically marked verified.

Purchases

Purchases and preorders take place at NBHut, our Shopify store, under its checkout terms and privacy policy. This landing page does not collect payment information.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in newsletter emails to leave the list. To correct your details or request deletion, contact play@nonball.com. We use your information for the updates you requested or your inquiry, and do not sell it.

Technical services

Hosting services process technical information needed to operate this site. Contacts are stored privately for NONBALL. The page does not add advertising trackers.
